Our product is flash frozen, so, for starters, always keep refigreated (if you will be consuming the product shortly thereafter) or frozen.
For your protection, the fish should be kept frozen until you intend to defrost and prepare it right away.
Always keep the fish either refrigerated or frozen, and make sure to keep it separated from other foods you might be working with. Wash all working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw seafood. Cook thoroughly and refrigerate leftovers immediately after your meal.
We are transporting this product in our state-of-the-art refrigerated vans, so in the unlikely occasion that the delivery is delayed and it does arrive partially or totally thawed, do no refreeze.

All of our shrimp is individually quick frozen in 1 lb or 2 lb doypack sealable bags. In doing so, you’re able to pick the amount you’d like to cook based on your serving needs, and simply store the rest quickly and easily!
We use our state-of-the-art vans to transport our products at -18C (0 F) directly from our freezers to your home. Because it is a local delivery system, it will most likely not be in any stressful heat conditions and we’ll make sure it’s hand delivered in a temperature bag. If you’re not home, we’ll be sure to let you know the product was delivered.

We recommend defrosting your shrimp under refrigeration. The product should thaw completely within 12-24 hours, depending on your fridge settings and performance. Once your seafood is thawed, please drain any excess liquid, pat it dry with a paper towel, and cook right away for best results.
