SHRIMP THAI SALAD - Frescamar

Ingredients For Salad: 

  • 150 g raw shrimp 
  • 1⁄2 romaine lettuce 
  • 20 g carrots 
  • 20 g red cabbage 
  • 20 g red pepper 
  • 20 g cucumber

Preparation:

Cut the lettuce into cube-like shapes with your hands. Add cucumber cut into cube-like shapes. Add red pepper cut into small strips. Add both red cabbage and carrots, also cut into small strips. Add peanuts. Add thai vinaigrette and mix everything in a bowl. Add sauteed shrimp and serve. 

For Thai Vinaigrette: 

  • 95g soyoil 
  • 250 g rice vinegar 
  • 200 g honey 
  • 35 g sesame oil 
  • 90 g soy sauce 
  • 10 g garlic 
  • 15 g ginger 
  • 35 g Roland Thai Fish Sauce

Preparation:

Blend everything and strain. Combine with thai salad and serve.
