Cut the lettuce into cube-like shapes with your hands. Add cucumber cut into cube-like shapes. Add red pepper cut into small strips. Add both red cabbage and carrots, also cut into small strips. Add peanuts. Add thai vinaigrette and mix everything in a bowl. Add sauteed shrimp and serve.
