Pasta preparation:
Bring water to boil and add pasta until well-cooked. Once ready, place aside.
Preparation Curry Sauce:
Place the saucepan over low heat and add butter until melted. Add both flour and milk, and mix with a hand whisk until thick. Add laurel leaves. After mixing, add nutmeg and salt and pepper. Once done, add curry to taste. Mix with hand whisk, combine with pasta, and serve.
