COCONUT SHRIMP - Frescamar

Ingredients: 

  • 150 g raw shrimp 
  • 1 cup flour 
  • 1⁄2 cup water 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 200 g shredded coconut 
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Add flour, eggs, and water in a bowl and combine until you get a thick mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add raw shrimp to the previous mixture. Once combined, start breading each shrimp with shredded coconut. Once breaded, they are ready to be fried or freezed.
