SHRIMP RISOTTO - Frescamar

Ingredients: 

  • 90 g uncooked risotto 
  • 4 raw shrimp 
  • 1 tbsp diced pearl onion 
  • Dash of white wine 
  • Fish stock 
  • 5 basil leaves

Risotto Preparation:

First fry pearl onion and then add uncooked risotto. Add white wine and fish stock and let it cook until al dente. Add pre-cooked risotto to shrimp bisque and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add raw shrimp until cooked. Add basil and serve.
